  • As an intern, your primary responsibility is to follow directions from supervisors and actively engage in hands-on learning.
  • Gain practical experience by participating in real-world IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing data to recommend improvements to existing systems or processes.
  • Setting up new computers, networks, and software for new employees
  • Providing support to Client by answering phones, responding to user requests
  • Supporting the IT team in the maintenance of hardware, software and other systems
  • Troubleshooting issues with equipment like printers, computers and servers
