We’re seeking a highly motivated and skilled Server Administrator L2 to join our dynamic IT team. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our critical server infrastructure, including Skype for Business and Exchange. Key Responsibilities

  1. Server Management:

Install, configure, and manage a diverse range of servers, including physical, virtual, and cloud-based.

Perform routine maintenance tasks like patching, updates, and backups.

Monitor server performance and troubleshoot any issues promptly.

  1. Skype for Business Expertise:

Manage and maintain the Skype for Business infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

Troubleshoot Skype for Business issues and provide technical support to users.

Implement new features and functionalities in the Skype for Business environment.

  1. Exchange Administration:

Manage and maintain the Exchange Server environment, ensuring mail flow, data integrity, and user access.

Configure mailboxes, distribution groups, and other Exchange features.

Troubleshoot Exchange issues and provide technical support to users.

  1. Teamwork and Collaboration:

Work closely with other IT team members to resolve technical issues and implement new technologies.

Provide excellent customer service to internal users.

Document server configurations and procedures.

  1. Staying Ahead of the Curve:

Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on the latest server technologies and best practices.

Research and recommend new technologies to improve server performance and efficiency.

Skill & Experience

3+ years of experience as a Server Administrator or related role.

Proven experience in managing Windows Server environments.

Strong understanding of server hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.

In-depth knowledge of Skype for Business administration and troubleshooting.

Solid experience with Exchange Server administration and configuration.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A proactive and results-oriented approach.

Active learning mindset to stay updated with the evolving IT landscape.
